Your First Visit to Our Calgary Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New practice members often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Your long term health history is as important to us as the details of your presenting complaint.

Both are critical in assisting the doctor with determining a diagnosis. For this reason, the doctor will review your completed health history forms and may ask other clinically relevant questions about your case during your thorough initial consultation. This will be followed by a complete orthopaedic, neurological and chiropractic examination as indicated by your consultation.

Other diagnostic tools, such as X-rays, EMG and thermography may be incorporated into the exam if the doctor feels it will provide you with a more accurate diagnosis.

Provided that we can help you and you consent to our recommendations, your chiropractic care will commence when the results of your tests become available.

You can plan about an hour for your initial visit.

The Doctor Asks some important questions of interest to Calgary residents - Chiropractor Calgary The Doctor Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
